Information on payment and ticket delivery
-On the day of the performance, you may visit the ticketing booth to complete your payment and receive your admission tickets. (Both credit cards and cash accepted)
-Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the performance. Although there is no extra charge for seat reservations, your claim to your desired seats may be subject to cancellation if you do not arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the beginning of the performance.
-To receive a student admissions discount, you must present your student ID card.

-In the event that you are unfortunately unable to attend your performance, please be sure to cancel your reservation via internet or phone. (Contact the Customer Support Center of Chongdong Theater at Tel. 82-2-751-1500 / Hours of Operation: 9AM - 6 PM, Closed on Mondays)
